Gigglebons Comedy Website Launches

Hazel Crest, IL, July 16, 2011 --(PR.com)-- What is a Gigglebon? The definition coined by the new Internet site founders is "Short, comedic video segments intended to make one laugh or giggle."

This new site can be found at www.gigglebons.com and features not just comedic videos, but also funny pictures, cartoons and more. Content is submitted by viewers… anyone with a funny video, spoof, stand-up comedy routine or photo is welcome to upload their material.

The site charges nothing to view its content, aptly called "Gigglebons." There is also no charge for registration, which allows for content submission, adding others' "bons" to a “Favorites List” and the option for receiving links to the newest Gigglebons via a daily e-mail message.

There are currently many video hosting, joke and comedy sites on the Internet, but Gigglebons intends to allow only legitimately comical content by means of screening each submission. This will help to weed out the enormous amount of not-so-funny material circulating the web. All submissions will also be rated for age-appropriateness using the site’s own rating system. Categories include Animals and Pets, Sports, Stand-up Comedy, Commercial Spoofs and more. Viewers can rate the content with common like/dislike votes and there is an Editors Award notation given for the best submissions.
