Amber Alert Issued for Colorado Boy (Riley Thompson - 8)

Springfield, IL, March 26, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The Elbert County Sheriff's Office and The Colorado State Police have issued an Amber Alert for 8-year-old Riley Thompson, who was abducted in Elbert County about 3:15 p.m. Sunday. Riley is an African-American boy, about 4 feet tall and 45 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing black sweats, a yellow t-shirt and a black hoodie sweatshirt.

Officials say he was taken by 25-year-old Bryant Hall, a black man with brown eyes and a shaved head or very short hair. He is 5-feet-8 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has tattoos on the corners of his left and right eyes and was last seen wearing black sweats, a white shirt and black tennis shoes.
Hall is considered armed and dangerous.

Police say Hall took Riley in a red 2003 Pontiac Grand Am with North Carolina license plate VTV6594. The car is dented all the way down on the left side and has a missing mirror on the left side.
