Iowa Amber Alert Issued

Springfield, IL, October 07, 2005 --(PR.com)-- The Iowa State Patrol has issued an Amber Alert for 9-year-old Gloria Bonilla Lopez. The girl, who is 5-foot tall and about 70 pounds, was last seen between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. today at Ottumwa Elementary School, 209 W. Sixth St.

A police investigation indicates Gloria was taken by Brendan Bhavan Stanley, who was driving a green four-door 1998 Toyota Corolla, Iowa license plate number 643BJD. Stanley is 29, with short brown hair and blue eyes.

Police say Stanley may be headed to New Mexico.

Police said Gloria, who has long black hair and brown eyes, was wearing a blue blouse, light blue sweatpants and a pink sweater.
