South Portland Call Center Announces Shanna Utgard's One-Year Anniversary

South Portland, ME, July 22, 2011 --(PR.com)-- This July, Dr. Newton's Naturals celebrates Shanna Utgard's one-year anniversary with the company.

An Inbound Sales Floor Supervisor, Utgard came to Dr. Newton’s with over 5 years of call center Sales and Customer Service experience -- along with advanced trainings under her belt. Previous leadership roles include being a Team Supervisor and Training Manager at Centerpoint, LLC.

“No one I have worked with has a better ability to coach Sales Agents to success like Shanna,” said Don Mallett, Inbound Sales Manager at Dr. Newton’s. “She has the ability to make Sales Agents more successful whether they are brand new or tenured in Sales.”

A native to Maine, Shanna graduated from Marshwood High School in South Berwick and attended The George Washington University.

Utgard decided to join Dr. Newton’s because of her love of teaching and contributing to the success of others. "I feel lucky to do something every day that I enjoy and look forward to making my Sales team (nicknamed "Team Awesome") achieve greater success."
