Article by Farr Law Firm Attorneys Provides Overview of “Nominal Alimony”

The article, entitled “Nominal Alimony: The Not-So-New Kid on the Block,” provides an outline and history on nominal alimony, a type of permanent periodic alimony which is being awarded more often due to the downturn in Florida’s economy.
