Article by Farr Law Firm Attorneys Provides Overview of “Nominal Alimony”

Lashway had their article appear in the Spring 2011 edition of The Florida Bar Family Law Section Commentator. The article, entitled “Nominal Alimony: The Not-So-New Kid on the Block,” provides an outline and history on nominal alimony, a type of permanent periodic alimony which is being awarded more often due to the downturn in Florida’s economy.
