Award Winning Test Data Management Vendor, Grid-Tools, Announces Its Success in Latin America

Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, July 23, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Grid-Tools’ recent success in Latin America can be attributed to Green Light Technology, with whom they partnered in 2010. With almost 20 years of experience in DB2/400 iSeries and a network of distributors in Latin America, Green Light Technology has helped companies of every size in every industry to secure and modernize complex processes with their iSeries and AS/400 applications.

When the original partnership was announced, Jaime Penagos, Project Manager for Green Light Technology, commented: “Our customers have been interested in securing their test and development environments by not using real production data for many years now. This is especially the case for our customers in the finance, banking and insurance sectors. About 85% of these types of organizations in Latin America are using DB2/400. The ability to offer this kind of solution to them, specifically for DB2/400, is incredibly advantageous.”

Since the partnership, the two companies have been working towards building awareness of the Grid-Tools test data management suite, Datamaker, in Latin America. It has now been announced that this has resulted in the successful implementation of Datamaker, into a major financial organization in the region.

Details of the relationship will soon be made public as the Latin American financial organization in question is working with Grid-Tools to document their decision to employ their test data management software, Datamaker.
