Most recently, Fair was an industrial agent with Townsend Commercial Real Estate in San Francisco, CA where he completed recent transactions for Excel Moving Services, Galant Foods and New Age Pet.

Upon graduating from UC Santa Barbara, Fair was a sales representative for Paychex, the top provider of outsourced payroll and human resource functions for small- to mid-sized companies.
Fair was raised in South Lake Tahoe where he was a two-time Far West USSA Junior Olympic skier, representing Heavenly Ski Foundation.
