Neal's Awards in 2011 Bring Company's Total to 47 - More Than Any Other Builder in the Area
Bradenton, FL, July 27, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) has awarded the Neal family of companies, all Lakewood Ranch based companies, three Auroras in this year’s Aurora Awards competition. The awards were presented during the SEBC’s Black Tie Gala/Spectacular at the Rosen Centre in Orlando on July 23, 2011. The Auroras are highly-respected awards, recognized for their rigorous competition and judging by distinguished home building professionals. Leisa Weintraub, John Neal, and Stephanie Nolan accepted the awards on behalf of the companies.
Central Park at Lakewood Ranch won Neal Communities the Aurora for the residential/mixed use land development category. The team members included Neal Communities, Canin Associates, WilsonMiller Stantec, John Moody Architecture, and Charlene Neal PureStyle. Central Park, developed by Neal Communities, opened in July 2010 and has since sold 138 homes. The single family community features a 10-acre park with a splash fountain, dog parks, a ball field, a playground, tennis courts, and a picnic pavilion.
