“We were using another backup solution,” says Rocky Russell, Senior Network Engineer at Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center, “and we were only able to do incremental backups each evening which were taking up to eight hours to complete. If we experienced a total loss of one of the critical servers, we’d be easily looking at a loss of 24 hours of data with up to 12 hours to recover.”
