Joanne Slawitsky Receives WJA Award for Excellence

The annual Women’s Jewelry Association’s Awards for Excellence are open solely to female professionals in the jewelry and/or watch industries who have demonstrated significant achievements throughout their careers.
Joanne Slawitsky has been with Kassoy, LLC for 16 years. Beginning her career as a sales representative she was named Vice President in 2004 by then owner Peter Gollon. In this new role, Slawitsky oversaw all departments and day-to-day operations. In 2006, new owner and CEO Hans Bosch chose Slawitsky to lead the company as president. “Joanne knows the industry and the market very well, and has taken the company to another level in regards to meeting customer needs,” said CEO Hans Bosch in a 2006 press release. “She was the obvious choice to be Kassoy’s next President.”
