Top Interior Designer Offers DIY Workshop for Miami Homemakers Looking for a Change
Top Miami interior designer Amelia Rozas to host workshop showcasing DIY interior design techniques.
Miami, FL, July 29, 2011 --(PR.com)-- With the economy still down and the real estate market still slow, more and more people are staying home and those who might once have considered selling up and moving on to get the home they wanted are turning instead to trying to create the home they want by embarking on DIY home redecorating projects instead.
Although there are a great many design resources, articles, bogs and even television shows out there to guide people in those efforts it is still very hard to translate them to the space you actually have. To help homeowners create a wonderful look themselves, in their own home top Miami architect and interior designer Amelia Rozas is offering a workshop entitled “10 Top DIY Interior Design Tips” in downtown Dadeland on August 6th, 2011.
In addition to learning all about many of the “tricks of the trade” that Rozas has been employing for years with her private clients, each participant will be asked to bring along pictures of the space in their own home that they wish to work some DIY redesign magic on. With those pictures in mind Amelia will advise participants and offer advice and instruction on just how they can implement the techniques she will be sharing to the best effect.
The event will be held at 8805 Dadeland Boulevard, Miami, FL 33156 on August 6th, 2011 from 4pm – 6pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance at http://ameliarozas.com/events.html at the cost of $77 each.

Amelia Rozas is an architect and interior designer. Inspired by her artistic and creative family of architects, Amelia describes herself as “loving and living for art.” She believes that art and design are the only way to truly express individuality to the world. Highly-educated, Amelia received her Bachelor’s Degree from Universidad Iberoamericana del Caribe and she holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Florida International University. Internationally-inspired and influenced, she completed her thesis at Universita degli Genova in Genova, Italy.
