TRG Customer Solutions Announces Salary Increase!

Company Raises Hourly Wage Rate for Both New and Tenured Employees

Beckley, WV, July 29, 2011 --(PR.com)-- TRG Customer Solutions today announced that it was raising the hourly wage rate for all full time inbound customer service agents servicing a global fortune 100 telecommunications client at its Beckley site. Effective 8/1/2011, all newly hired employees on this program will start at $12.25 per hour.

Tenured employees will also enjoy a higher pay scale - those with more than 2 years but less than 4 years’ experience will receive $12.75 per hour while those with 4+ years of experience will receive $13.25 per hour. This represents an 11% to 17% increase in salary, an average of over $2,000 per year from the previous structure.

Speaking about today’s announcement, Chief Executive Officer Frank Kelly reiterated his company’s continued commitment to growing its operations in Beckley. “We’re very excited about this new initiative,” said Mr. Kelly. “At a time when many companies are laying off employees, we continue to hire and grow. We have a long history here, and this salary increase is a demonstration of our commitment to the people of Beckley."
