Miami, FL, July 29, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The EcoChamber (http://www.ecochamber.com), the global green chamber of commerce, announces it is creating the first global green business leader resource directory. The directory will be a tool for organizations to quickly identify leaders in the various green business sectors to serve as sources for activities such as speaking opportunities, expert quotes or news resources.
As the demand for reliable information about environmentally-friendly resources and businesses increases around the world, the EcoChamber is increasing its capacity to connect organizations and leaders. Experts are encouraged to submit their credentials for consideration to be in the directory through the application form located at http://ecochamber.com/members/submit-application-for-green-leader-resource-directory/.
"We get requests on a regular basis to identify environmental experts from all sectors and regions of the world," commented Tia Diaz-Balart, founder of the EcoChamber. "The resource directory will allow us to more quickly and easily connect the right people and opportunities together, as many of the requests, such as those for news sources, are very time sensitive."
Founded in 2008, the EcoChamber is the first and only global green chamber of commerce. A non-profit, one of the chamber of commerce's missions is to help green businesses grow by connecting them with investors, customers and stakeholders. The EcoChamber is also focused on encouraging other companies, organizations and governments to become environmentally responsible by implementing sustainable practices.
