ERG Property Advisors Announces Hiring of Three New Associates

New York, NY, August 05, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Rohit Jain began his career in architecture in Bombay, arriving in New York City in 2003. Jain has a degree in architecture from the Academy of Architecture in Mumbai, India, a master’s degree in construction management from Stevens Institute of Technology, a Real Estate Finance & Investment certificate from New York University, and a Real Estate Finance module of AMDP from Harvard University. He earned his New York Real Estate license in 2011.

While initially focusing on residential and commercial project design and construction, Jain shifted his focus to real estate asset management at Real Data Management, where he provided advisory services analyzing the performance of residential, office, and retail portfolios.

Prior to joining ERG (http://www.ergpa.com) as a Senior Associate, Jain spent four years with Jones Lang LaSalle, a world leading real estate advisory and investment management firm. At Jones Lang LaSalle, Jain was an owner’s representative and project team leader responsible for strategizing and developing investment options based on clients’ business models.

Jeffrey Wolfson is originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Upon moving to New York City in February 2011, he launched his real estate career at ERG Property Advisors as a Senior Associate. Mr. Wolfson is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Regional Urban Development and Communication, and Sport Management.

While still a student in Arizona, Wolfson worked at the UA Athletics Department, where he obtained strong skills in sales, marketing and public relations. He also worked for ESPN over the past three years, including at the 2011 BCS Allstate Sugar Bowl, the College Gameday Pregame Show, NASCAR on ESPN, and ESPN/ABC College Football Saturdays.

Wolfson brings a strong work ethic, loyalty, ambition and honesty to the ERG team. His outgoing, friendly, charismatic personality makes him an effective team leader and team member who strives for excellence in every endeavor.

Paul Herrera Diaz, an Associate at ERG Property Advisors, is responsible for updating property information in the company’s custom-designed software and proprietary database, ERGOS. He also assists in marketing efforts for properties that ERG represents. Diaz studied civil engineering at the Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Bronx Community College. A highly motivated multi-tasker with strong organizational skills, Diaz is also fluent in Spanish.
