Baseline Protection Tool SecuMax by Kronsoft in Four Languages and with ISO27001-support
Ottweiler, Germany, March 30, 2007 --(PR.com)-- kronsoft, developer of SecuMax, reports the release of its baseline protection tool in four languages and with support of ISO 27001 and 17799.
The multi-lingual version of the baseline protection tool SecuMax is mainly addressed to companies in the non-German speaking area of the EU and to countries outside Europe - but also to German-international trusts working in several countries. The new version supports German, English, French and Spanish.
Additionally SecuMax supports the implementation of the ISO 27001 (Creating An IT-Security-Management-System) and the ISO 17799 (IT-Security-Implementation). The remarkable fact is that the ISO-Controls (e.g. Control 4.2.1 Establish the ISMS) are modelled using the corresponding safeguards from the German BSI-Baseline Protection Manual. So one can easily see which baseline protection safeguards are suitable for fulfilling an ISO-control.
Institutions wanting to get an IT-Security-Certificate can use the international norms (ISO27001 and ISO17799) to reach the certificate - while at the same time using the implementation aids from the German Baseline Protection Manual.
