Americana Holdings Appoints New Branch Manager

The office is located at 7475 W. Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas and houses approximately 300 real estate professionals. Prior to his career in real estate, Fulfer enjoyed a successful career in restaurant management for more than 21 years managing the operations of national restaurant chains in the United States and South America.
