UF Grad LadyBroadway Ends Her First Long Run Show as the "Best"

Annapolis, MD, August 08, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Singer, actor and dancer, LadyBroadway, Martina Sykes started performing as a young girl in church. Before receiving her bachelor’s degree in public relations with an outside concentration in theater from the University of Florida, Martina graduated from Pinellas County Center for the Arts at Gibbs High School in St. Petersburg, Florida.

She was first seen playing Bonnie in the Broadway workshop Raindogs. This week, the daughter of NAACP St. Petersburg Branch president Manuel Sykes, ends her first long-run show in Infinity Theater Company’s Little Shop of Horrors. For the past few weeks LadyBroadway has been playing the role of Chiffon and stealing the show along with her sassy Skid Row street urchins, whom DC Theater Scene called the best part of this fine show.
