B-Rob of CrossLines Music to Release Second Album "Salt Rap" on September 20, 2011
Christian Rapper Brian "B-Rob" Robinson is releasing his second studio CD titled "Salt Rap" in September of 2011.
Madison, AL, August 09, 2011 --(PR.com)-- CrossLines Music has announced plans to release a second album from Christian rap artist B-Rob on September 20, 2011.
The album, ‘Salt Rap’, consists of new original songs from B-Rob, each providing a combination of Spirit-filled lyrics over inspiring instrumentals.
The theme of ‘Salt Rap’ is based upon what B-Rob feels his duty is as a Christian rapper, “to preserve the world for Jesus and encourage others to do the same.”
B-Rob's life has recently been full of experiences. He has been booked to perform at many churches throughout North Alabama and is starting to get booked for out of state shows. “Getting booked for shows and having the Spirit work through me and the music God has blessed me to do is exactly what ‘Salt Rap’ is about. My goal is to connect with every person in the venue when I perform and if I’m empowering them to be the salt of the earth, then the gospel will spread.”
Although ‘Salt Rap’ is an E.P. (extended play) containing five songs, B-Rob ensures that another full length album is in the plans. “By God’s will, I plan on releasing ‘Memoirs Volume 2’ after ‘Salt Rap’. I can probably go on a limb and say that the ‘Memoirs Vol. 2’ album is about 90% done. There are some other topics in scripture that I want to paraphrase in song that I believe would fit the theme of ‘Memoirs Vol. 2’,” states B-Rob. “So yes, ‘Salt Rap’ is to warm you up for the next ‘Memoirs’ album!”
B-Rob’s last album, Memoirs Volume 1: The Restoration was released on March 16, 2010 to rave reviews. The album garnered such popular tracks as Cross Round My Neck, D.T.T.W. (Dance To The Word), Love & Rock, and Wife. Memoirs Volume 1: The Restoration can be downloaded from most major music sites.
For more information, B-Rob encourages everyone to visit his website, crosslinesmusic.com, ‘Like’ the Crosslines Music Facebook page, and check out his Reverbnation page. B-Rob can be booked through each of these sites.
