Raleigh-Based Luxury Home Marketing Group Plans Goals, Strategies for High End of Market in July Meeting
Raleigh, NC, August 10, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Luxury Home Marketing Group used its July meeting to evaluate its goals and strategies half-way through 2011. The discussion included reviewing recent awards and honors, and how to apply those to help sell homes.
“Our members are among the top selling REALTORS® in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill marketplace,” said LHMG Vice-President Linda Craft. “When a member, or member’s firm, wins an honor like making a top-sellers list in the Triangle Business Journal, or other achievement, we want to explore ways to connect that performance benchmark to the work we’re doing with the Luxury Home Marketing Group.”
The group also discussed changes in contract language, and the impact it will have on home buyers and sellers, new restrictions coming from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the continuing challenge a glut of short-sale properties pose for maximizing home value in the Luxury and Estate Home marketplace.
The group also toured homes in Wake Forest and North Raleigh.
President Kathy Beacham, Secretary Jill Rekuc of Olde Raleigh Real Estate, LLC, Treasurer Shawn Britt of Realty World-Triangle Living and Past-President Kimberly Conroy complete the 2011 executive board. Steina DeAndrade, Brenda Holden, Linda Kolarov, Linda Lee and Deborah Nance are also in the group’s 2011 membership. The group was formed in 2004 as a coalition of luxury home real estate experts, representing luxury home buyers and sellers with extraordinary real estate expertise and service in Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest, Durham, Chapel Hill, Research Triangle Park and surrounding counties.
