More than 267 Acura dealerships participated in the 2010 Precision Team program, and David McDavid Acura of Plano was one of only 103 dealerships to earn the 2010 Dealership of Distinction status.
Dealership of Distinction status is the most prestigious and coveted honor that Acura can grant to its dealerships. The status recognizes the dealership teams that demonstrate superior achievement in customer satisfaction, sales and service training, customer follow-up, and business management. Acura dealerships are given one year to achieve the rigorous set of objectives and prove that they deserve Acura’s most prestigious award for that year. All criteria are established to enhance customers’ experiences; most measures are based on actual client feedback and survey scores. To achieve success in the program, a total commitment to excellence by the entire dealership team is required. Prior to 2010, David McDavid Acura of Plano most recently won Dealership of Distinction status in 2009, 2008, and 2007.
