Texas Two Step: Balcones Resources and Round2 Inc. Partner to Expand Recycling Services
Austin, TX, August 10, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Balcones Resources and Round2 Inc., two unique recycling providers, have entered into a long term agreement which will enhance the breadth of their recycling capabilities.

In 2010 Balcones Resources diverted approximately 127,000 tons from the landfill. With the Round2 partnership, Balcones Resources expects to see a 30% increase in diversion rates for 2011.
On July 20th, Obama administration officials along with industry leaders from Dell, Sprint and Sony Electronics met at Round2’s corporate headquarters in Austin, Texas to sign and release a strategy for the responsible management and recycling of electronics. The “National Strategy for Electronics Stewardship” further highlights the importance of the alliance between Round2 and Balcones Resources.
