CareSouth Tags Dean Alverson as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Sales
Augusta, GA, August 10, 2011 --(PR.com)-- CareSouth Health System, Inc., the largest privately held home health services company in Georgia, announced today that Dean Alverson has joined CareSouth as Senior Vice-President of Business Development and Sales. The announcement was made today by CareSouth President and Chief Executive Officer, Rick Griffin.

Alverson has an extensive background in healthcare with 20 years in homecare and hospice. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Golden Living – Aseracare. In this role, he led the sales force for the company’s Homecare and Hospice division, achieving rapid and significant growth in monthly admissions by establishing standards and improving field sales performance.
Prior to his work with Aseracare, Alverson held leadership roles with Guardian Home Health Care and Gentiva Health Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Political Science from the University of South Carolina.
Alverson, who is a native of the Augusta area, will relocate to CareSouth's corporate headquarters in Augusta, Georgia.
In addition to Georgia, CareSouth provides home health care services in Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
