These new hires are Kristy Boone, marketing and public relations manager; Becky Moore, APR, marketing and public relations manager; and Celeste Stanley, senior marketing/PR strategist.
This brings Synergy Marketing Group’s team to eight full time employees, plus a network of freelancers and strategic partners. The recent recruitment effort is the result of significant business growth — both from existing clients and new clients.

Throughout her career, she has established a track record of business growth and revenue generation for her clients. Boone is an ISES Pace Award winner, signifying excellence in the event planning and management industry. She is a Franklin College graduate and currently is pursuing a master's degree in public relations at Ball State University.
Moore brings more than 10 years of experience in the field and is responsible for building and evolving Synergy's clients' brands and developing and managing their long-term marketing communications programs. She has received multiple awards for her work, including a Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Silver Anvil, regarded by many to be the profession's most prestigious honor. She also has earned the Accredited in Public Relations (APR) designation, certifying competency in the knowledge, skills and abilities required to practice public relations effectively in today's business arena. Moore earned a bachelor's degree in journalism, with honors, from Butler University and currently is completing a master's degree in public relations from Ball State University.
With a vast portfolio of integrated marketing, advertising and PR experience, Stanley is well-equipped to help Synergy's clients develop, manage and increase awareness of their brands. Throughout her career she has played an active role in converting qualified leads into loyal customers for such organizations as General Motors, Conseco, OneAmerica and St. Vincent Women's Hospital. Stanley has received numerous local, regional and national industry awards recognizing her accomplishments, including the prestigious Hoosier PRSA President's Award. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Ball State University and currently is pursuing an MBA degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
