Neighborly Greetings Assists Local Families in Need with Food Drive for Central Kitsap Food Bank

Silverdale, WA, August 12, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Neighborly Greetings, the welcome service that delivers bags of “goodies” to new Kitsap County residents, will sponsor a food drive for the Central Kitsap Food Bank to put more groceries in the bags of families in need. Donations of non-perishable food items will be collected on Wednesday, August 31, at Herban Gardens Café in Silverdale. While there, donors can also meet owners of some local businesses that are in Neighborly Greetings' bag.

When: Wednesday, August 31, 2011. 4pm – 6pm

Where: Herban Gardens Café, 3330 NW Lowell Street, Silverdale

What: Food Drive – Bring a non-perishable food item for the food bank and get a free Neighborly Greetings tote bag with money-saving coupons from local businesses as a “thank you.”

Families are in need all year round; Neighborly Greetings is helping by sponsoring this summertime food drive.
