Launch of The Lucid Dreaming FAST TRACK Course
Auckland, New Zealand, February 19, 2013 --(PR.com)-- World of Lucid Dreaming has launched an exciting new product which claims to teach anyone how to lucid dream - or their money back.
Lucid dreaming is the ability to become conscious and self-aware within the dreamstate. It is a scientifically proven state of awareness. Today there are millions of lucid dreamers in the world and millions more who seek to 'wake up' in their dreams...
The new course, entitled The Lucid Dreaming FAST TRACK, focuses on the act of becoming lucid in your dreams. This is usually predicated by meditation and out-of-body visualization methods, self-hypnosis, dream-enhancing supplements, mnemonic tricks, sleep cycle adjustments and increasing self-awareness while awake.
"Virtually everybody has the natural ability to lucid dream," says Rebecca Turner, Editor of the World of Lucid Dreaming website and creator of the new course. "Save for those who have severe sleep disorders, mental illness or take mind-altering drugs which affect REM sleep. But most of us do dream every night - it's essential to healthy brain functioning - and most people are actually quite good at remembering their dreams. Lucidity is sparked by becoming conscious in your dreams, just as you are during waking hours, so it simply combines two normal things we do every single day."
The result? An amazing virtual reality world, where everything looks and feels as vivid as waking life. "This state of heightened awareness tells us a lot about human perception," Rebecca says, "and just how powerful the human brain is."
In The Lucid Dreaming FAST TRACK, readers are educated about the world of sleep and dreaming, and encouraged to remember their dreams in more detail. They are then presented with numerous step-by-step tutorials for inducing lucid dreams on demand. The course also covers plenty of dream control techniques and ponders the implications of having direct access to the dreaming subconscious.
Another unique element of the course is The Lucid Dreaming Hypnosis MP3, a professional hypnosis session narrated by voice over artist Gale Van Cott. "The MP3 is special because it's based on a guided meditation technique that I regularly use to go lucid," Rebecca says. "Now I can pass this experience on to other dreamers... something I'm really excited about. I also love the background music - it's really haunting but in a beautiful way!"
The Lucid Dreaming FAST TRACK is now available for instant download. More details of the entire package can be found at:
