Payoneer to Attend International Affiliate Summit
Global payment solution company Payoneer will be attending the Affiliate Summit in New York between August 21 – 23 this year, to showcase its offering and network with some of the biggest names in the affiliate space.
New York, NY, August 21, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Affiliate Summit East 2011 is a well-known affiliate marketing conference which allows affiliate merchants and networks from across the globe to attend a range of seminars and educational sessions, as well as network with others in the industry.
The five main kinds of organizations who attend the Affiliate Summit are agencies, affiliates, merchants, networks and vendors. Some of the most notable keynote speakers at Affiliate Summit this year include businessman and entrepreneur Mark Ostrofsky and search marketing expert Will Reynolds, as well as many others.
Payoneer is attending the summit in order to showcase its international services and meet some of the key names in the affiliate marketing industry. Affiliates make up a large part of Payoneer’s partner base and its international payment solutions have become popular with marketers in many different countries.
Payoneer allows all kinds of organizations to make overseas payments without the need for lengthy transfer periods, fees or international checks. The company provides its partners with pre-paid Mastercard® cards, which they can then issue to end users to not only make payments, but receive funds like regular credit cards.
Payoneer’s other partners include a range of global companies, such as online businesses, pharmaceutical trial centres and travel programs, meaning end-users can range from freelance game developers to students studying abroad.
Payoneer works with partners all over the globe and has its headquarters in New York, as well as further research and development offices in Israel.
Payoneer was founded in 2005 by well-known businessman, Yuval Tal, who has more than 20 years of experience in the online payment and security technology industries.
Yuval Tal was born in Israel and attended Tel Aviv University, receiving a BA in mechanical engineering and an MA in biomedical engineering. Before setting up Payoneer, he worked in a range of online start-ups and co-founded E4X, a global payment company which was worth well over half a billion dollars when Yuval Tal left to set up Payoneer.
Affiliate Summit was first founded in 2003 by both Shawn Collins and Missy Ward in order to provide those in the affiliate industry with educational sessions and a unique opportunity to network with others in the same field. The first event was held in New York and aimed to differentiate itself from similar affiliate conferences by having a central focus on good quality content and valuable networking time. Since the first event, the summit has proven to be a huge success and attendees have dramatically increased year on year. In summer 2008, FeedFront was launched, a magazine specially dedicated to the summit and the growing affiliate industry.
