Richards Co. The program is part of S.P. Richards’ new dealer education initiative, FUEL: Drive Your Business™. This sales management series launches on August 22, 2011 and includes topics such as creating a company mission, vision and strategy, selecting and retaining sales people, setting goals and objectives, managing performance, and creating a coaching style of leadership.
