Chatham Hill Winery Announces New Vice President
Raleigh, NC, April 02, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Marek Wojciechowski and Jill Winkler, proprietors of Chatham Hill Winery, have announced that Brian K. Norkeveck has joined the winery as vice president of sales and business development for Chatham Hill and Sweet Carolina brands in North Carolina and throughout the Southeast. Norkeveck brings over 25 years of experience in the global wine industry initially at the distributor level and then as New England Area Manager with Constellation Wines, a leading international wine supplier and marketer as well as the largest wine company in the world by volume. While at Constellation, Norkeveck managed a four state area, 25 wholesale wine distributors and 32 wine brands.
“We are extremely excited to have someone with Brian’s level of experience in the wine industry join Chatham Hill Winery. It is through Brian’s depth and breadth of understanding of the competitive wine marketplace that Chatham Hill will be poised for the expected growth in the coming years,” said Wojciechowski.
“We are confident that Brian, with his vast experience, will pave the way for Chatham Hill Winery’s growth across North Carolina and outside the state,” said Winkler.
"Relocating to North Carolina to join the Chatham Hill Winery family is a decision that was an easy one for me,” said Norkeveck. “I am intrigued to work with smaller, quality focused volumes, while meeting the challenges wineries of all sizes are exposed to in a growing yet very competitive industry we have today. Chatham Hill Winery is a growing North Carolina business that takes pride statewide within each community that their fine wine products are sold. I look forward to being part of their future success representing quality wine products while extending excellent customer service to our distributor partners and consumers alike."
