Papouli’s Welcomes New Management Team
New hires will operate recently-announced fourth location at 151 and Potranco.
San Antonio, TX, August 24, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Even in a tough economy, Papouli’s Greek Grill continues to develop and hire management staff for its successful restaurant concept. With the recent announcement of a new location on San Antonio’s far West Side, new jobs are being created to ensure success for this store, which is set to open in Fall of 2011.
David Zimkowski joins the team as an Operating Leader for the fourth location in Westover Hills. A veteran of the industry, David brings over 20 years experience in all facets, including multi-unit leadership.
Angel Salas has been promoted from Restaurant Leader to Operating Leader (GM) of Papouli’s Forum. He has been with the Papouli’s Team for over one year, having started as a line cook. Anthony Fafoutakis has moved into the Operating Leader slot at the City View location. Finally, Alex Moseley, another veteran of the industry, has added to his role as Director of Catering, the new position of Lead People Developer.
