Over a period of two weeks, a cross section of customers participated in focusing on the TeamBudget product, Customer Support, and Questica’s TeamBudget Tuesday training sessions.

Over a period of two weeks, a cross section of customers participated in the survey focusing on the TeamBudget product, Customer Support, and Questica’s TeamBudget Tuesday training sessions.
The results are a positive reflection on the efforts Questica has put forth in creating and supporting their software and customers.
95% of customers surveyed said they would recommend TeamBudget to others.
79% of customers surveyed graded TeamBudget an 8 out of 10 or higher in product satisfaction.
82% of customers surveyed graded Questica Support an 8 out of 10 or higher in support satisfaction.
