Ms. Platt’s practice focused on commercial real acquisitions and dispositions and commercial leasing. Her experience also includes financings, management, and general corporate work. Ms. Platt received her J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law, and is an active member of the State Bar of California. She received her bachelor’s degree with high honors from California State University at Northridge.
Jonathan Platt is a principal at Kingstone Properties, LLC, serving as both counsel and its chief financial officer. Prior to joining Kingstone Properties, Mr. Platt was a financial associate at LSA, working on various deals, including municipal securities stripping, HUD multi-family refinancings, real estate loan syndication, and a variety of unique financial transactions. Mr. Platt began his career working for the NY Supreme Court and NY Housing Court divisions before transitioning from general law to real estate law and finance. Mr. Platt received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and is an active member of the State Bar of California.
