Babya Completes Emagic Acquistion

SE, Australia, October 13, 2005 --(PR.com)-- Babya Software Group today announced that has completed the acquistion of music software developer, Emagic. 

Emagic's award-winning Logic product was upgraded to a all-new version, Babya  Logic & Logic Pro 2006 in August and was also updated to versions 1.1 & 1.2 in the past couple of weeks.

Babya's A.A. Fussy explained in a statement, "We at Babya Software Group, would cordially invite all users of the now discontinued Windows version of Logic to a complimentary cross-grade to our new Babya Logic for free. We are delighted to welcome Emagic Logic to our product line."
