A native of Whalley, England, Copple brings more than a decade of experience to SEPI in the field of civil engineering. Copple received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Clemson University in Clemson, S.C. He currently resides in Raleigh and is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) and the North Carolina Local Users Group (NCLUG).
