Longistics Appoints Andy Marchiano as President

As a 21-year veteran of the logistics and trucking industry, Marchiano has previously served as vice president and general manager of Raleigh, N.C.-based Cooper Leasing, Inc., a full-service leasing and truck rental provider. During his 14 years at Cooper Leasing, Marchiano worked to establish and foster the company’s business objectives for lease, rental and maintenance product lines while responsible for financial and operational planning.
A member of the North Carolina Trucking Association and the Truck Rental and Leasing Association, Marchiano has earned a certificate from the Paccar Institute for Managerial Excellence. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Penn State University in Reading, Pa., and resides in Raleigh.
