Berner Releases A Whisper to a Scream

Naperville, IL, September 02, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Author Karen Wojcik Berner has released her first novel, A Whisper to a Scream. The novel is the first in The Bibliophiles series based on the lives of the members of a suburban classics book club.

A Whisper to a Scream is the story of Sarah, a stay-at-home mother of two, and Annie, who is battling unexplained infertility. When they meet through a Classics Book Club, each thinks the other one's life is so much better than her own. But is the grass truly greener on the other side of the fence?

Berner has been a writer/editor for twenty-five years, ten of which were spent in editing trade publications. A two-time Folio Magazine Ozzie Award for Excellence in Magazine Editorial and Design winner, her work has appeared in countless newspapers and magazines. A Whisper to a Scream is her first novel.
