MDT Direct Receives State Award

Fort Lauderdale, FL, September 03, 2011 --(PR.com)-- MDT Direct of Fort Lauderdale has received top honors from the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges (FAPSC), a statewide organization representing more than 200 career-oriented schools.

Angela Beauregard of the direct advertising firm MDT Direct was named 2011 Associate Member of the Year, which was presented at the FAPSC Annual Conference in August. The award is given out to one recipient each year.

“Angela has been a faithful advocate for FAPSC for many years and a relentless volunteer who usually stays behind the scenes. We take this opportunity to thank her for all she does,” said Kathy Mizereck, executive director of FAPSC.

Fourteen annual awards were selected by a panel and handed out during the FAPSC Annual Conference in South Florida attended by more than 460 administrators and faculty members.

The Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges (FAPSC) works on behalf of all Florida’s degree granting and non-degree granting career schools and colleges. Licensed by the state, these schools educate and prepare more than 379,000 students each year for employment in more than 200 occupational fields.
