Food for Thought (ffT) - Helping Businesses do Business Better NHHTC and abi Hub to Present Breakfast Series
Manchester, NH, September 15, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The NH High Tech Council (NHHTC) and abi Innovation Hub (abi Hub) have partnered to launch a series of briefings over breakfast geared to help businesses do business better. The goal of the Food for Thought series is to provide informative and meaningful information with a tech flair that will enable attendees to go to work afterwards with new knowledge that can be applied to their organization.
The abi Hub and NHHTC will jointly select presenters who will cover a broad spectrum of topics with a technological angle. The series will run every other month through June, for a total of five per year and be held at the abi Hub in downtown Manchester. Presenters must be members of the NHHTC or abi Hub associates.
The two organizations are a natural pairing. According to Matt Cookson, executive director of the NHHTC, “we’re very pleased about partnering with the abi Hub. We’ve designed the series so that both NHHTC members and abi Hub residents will benefit. And, of course, we welcome others in the community who are interested in expanding their business knowledge.”
Michele Petersen, abi Hub vice president of operations adds, “we’re taking the lead on building an entrepreneurial community and providing the place and resources for abi Hub residents and other businesses in the greater business community who share our spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship. This partnership helps us support that goal.”
The series will kick off on September 29th from 8-9:30am with Ryan Barton, President & Founder of Mainstay Technologies, presenting on “7 Keys to Technology Every Manager Should Know.” While the event will be free, individuals are required to register by emailing info@nhhtc.org. Space is limited. Breakfast will be provided. The abi Hub is located at 33 S. Commercial Street in Manchester.
