Keller Williams is now the second-largest real estate franchise in the United States based on the total number of sales professionals, according to research conducted by REAL Trends, a leading source of analysis and information in the residential real estate industry.
Evidence that Keller Williams Realty is gaining ground during one of the most pronounced market corrections in history underscores the models upon which the company was founded, leading the industry trend toward a more agent-centric culture. No other brokerage offers agent profit sharing and an Agent Leadership Council, where top agents help to set the policy on how associates will be treated. The Keller Williams model was the topic of a 2007 Stanford Graduate School of Business case study taught in MBA programs throughout the country.
