Lincoln Property Company Adds Two New Property Managers
Both managers come with years of experience in real estate.
Phoenix, AZ, September 07, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Phoenix office of Lincoln Property Company, a full-service real estate firm providing property management, receivership services, leasing, development and construction management, announced that Tracy Britton and Kristin Gibbons have been hired as property managers.
Tracy Britton is Senior Property Manager for Lincoln Property Company’s Camelback Executive Park where she is responsible for all aspects of operations, management and leasing coordination for the 172,000 square foot Class A office building located in Scottsdale.
Britton is a Certified Property Manager with 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, including managing high end boutique retail, Class A office properties, as well as industrial buildings.
Kristin Gibbons is Property Manager for nearly 2 million square feet of industrial property in the Valley.
Gibbons has more than 10 years of experience in commercial property management including Class A office properties, mixed use, retail and industrial properties.
