Swag, a popular term used to associate an overall demeanor, style or confidence, is well-known to the modern generation. Edward Gerard Porter, founder of Prayze Swag, LLC, is taking a step further to add a more purposeful aspect of the term.
“I created Prayze Swag to show the world that we can be saved and still remain who God created us to be. We can still have SWAG, style and confidence and express our praise and our worship in a way that glorifies God and at the same time is relevant to the culture and generation around us,” stated Gerard.
Gerard, who is also a singer, songwriter and worship leader, plans to teach that we are all Saved With A Gift. Our gifts come in different forms and we can use them all to glorify God.
“You may be better at rapping, beat making, mixing on turntables, singing or playing an instrument. Either way, we all should feel empowered to use the gifts we were given for the purpose of showing God to the world.”
