WorkForce Management Software Group Releases Version 3.7 of Community Workforce Management Software
Announces Special Licensing Program to Coincide with New Version – Free 100
Frisco, TX, September 09, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The WorkForce Management Software Group, Inc., (WFMSG) a growing market leader in workforce optimization solutions today announced that the enhanced Version of their Community Workforce Management solution is now available for general release. Release 3.7 of Community WFM features enhanced scheduling features including dynamic bidding for agents and pop-up event reminders included as part of an extensive feature and reporting upgrade.
In celebration of the 3.7 release, WFMSG also announced that they are offering up to 100 Free Community agent licenses to any new client who swaps out their competitive legacy workforce management platform for the new Community solution. “Community Workforce Management continues to introduce remarkable innovation and cost savings into the market,” said Daryl A. Gonos, Principle for Sales and Marketing at WFMSG. “The Free 100 program enables contact centers that may be struggling with legacy technologies to much more affordably upgrade to a user friendly, native Windows based solution. WFMSG is continually struck by the expensive upgrade cost that many contact centers incur simply to get access to the latest version of their existing product,” Gonos continued. “In many cases these legacy products are not even built out to full functionality and the modular nature of the systems results in even higher charges and often more hardware. Community is all inclusive; our clients get the full suite of Enterprise workforce management often for less than the cost of a pending short-term upgrade to their legacy WFM solution. Under WFMSG’s standard maintenance program our clients enjoy free upgrades. The Free 100 program is an attractive solution to contact centers caught in this cycle of costly upgrades and inherently expensive modularly delivered software products,” Gonos concluded.
