Higgenbotham Auctioneers International (HAI) announced today that they will be offering at auction 356 lots in the all-inclusive Horseshoe Bay community. This is Phase 2 of the major auction by order of the secured lender to liquidate over 300 prime homesites.

Horseshoe Bay, TX, September 15, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Higgenbotham Auctioneers International (HAI) announced today that they will be offering at auction 356 lots in the all-inclusive Horseshoe Bay community. This is Phase 2 of the major auction by order of the secured lender to liquidate over 300 prime homesites. Of the 356 total lots, 210 will be offered without reserve. The auction will be held at 11AM (CDT), Saturday, September 24 at La Quinta Inn & Suites Marble Falls, 501 Highway 2147 West in Marble Falls, TX. Lots will be offered individually as well as in packages. “These homesites are located just 50 miles from Austin on Lake LBJ and boast many recreational activities, numerous golf courses, tennis, boating and much more for anyone to enjoy,” said Jim Owen auctioneer for Higgenbotham Auctioneers.
