Way of working improvement expert, Philippe Back, recently led a discussion with business owners on how to exit the best kept secret trap into which companies often fall, sharing strategies and tactics to manifest the talents in order to succeed in today's marketplace.

Also present were Robert Eyben, President of AIHE and CEO of CE+T SA and Georges Campioli, Director of AIHE and former head of Agoria Wallonie.
The 45-minutes session showed the path on how to exit the best kept secret trap by showing how to communicate better and what it meant, how to attract others to your offering, and how to do that in practical terms. The session took place in a historical location, bridging the past with the future when it comes to communication and technology.
"You need to know what your firm stands for in terms of market, passion, and competencies before you can even think of shaping your communication," says Philippe Back, "and only then is it possible to engage elements of your ecosystem in a meaningful conversation. Technology makes no sense if it is used as a solution in search of a problem. You need to frame the problem properly first."
