Los Angeles, CA, September 15, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Pennyroyal Studio and musician James Durbin are pleased to announce their design collaboration which will benefit Tourette Syndrome Association.
James Durbin is the latest addition to Pennyroyal Studio’s diverse Signature Collection collaborators which donates a portion of proceeds to charity. I want to share this with my fans to encourage them to dream big and pursue their passion with everything they've got.” The ‘wing’ earring was created for Durbin while he was a contestant on American Idol and his signature is on the back of each piece sold and benefit Tourette Syndrome Association.
Pennyroyal Studio’s Creative Director, Tim Foster, explains his newest collaboration, “For the past three seasons I have been making custom designs for the top ten contestants on American Idol, James’ design has proven to be a very visible style and he decided to release it to benefit a charity close to his heart, which I think his fans will be excited about.” Since launching in 2006, Pennyroyal Studio has raised money for numerous charities with the Signature Collection. Recent collaborations include Adam Lambert, Jewel, Confederacy boutique, Crystal Bowersox, Colbie Caillat, Cobra Starship, among others.

About Pennyroyal Studio: Pennyroyal Studio, the Los Angeles-based music inspired brand, was accidentally founded in 2006 by self-proclaimed music industry “drop out” Tim Foster. While creating a memento for his muse, an elusive singer/songwriter, Foster discovered his love of designing jewelry and conceptualized his first collection of pendants. Nearly five years later Pennyroyal Studio has expanded to include bracelets, belt buckles, earrings and miniature vignettes on rings. Despite the growth of the Pennyroyal Studio brand, each collection continues on Foster's signature artisanal flare and handcrafted appeal that launched the successful jewelry brand. Pennyroyal Studio’s designs are inspired by music, moments in Foster’s life and universal points of reference to simple instants. www.pennyroyalstudio.com
