IPA-IBA Employee Appointed to Panel for Society of Human Resource Management

Buffalo Grove, IL, April 11, 2007 --(PR.com)-- James Gibson, an HR specialist for the Consulting Services Department of International Profit Associates (IPA-IBA), was selected to serve on the Special Expertise Panel for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

The Special Expertise Panel comprises twelve concentrations. As a member in the Human Resource Consulting/Outsourcing concentration, he will help the SHRM identify relevant and emerging topics and issues that affect the human resource profession. He will also provide expert advice and guidance on human resource issues as it pertains to business and public policy.

James Gibson, SPHR, CPC, is currently a Human Resources Specialist with International Profit Associates. He is responsible for IPA’s Professional Search and Recruitment Solutions, a division that provides HR and staffing solutions for the clients of IPA-IBA and its related companies. Prior to joining the team, Gibson was employed by other entities in various roles such as President, Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer and Director of National Staffing Services. In these roles, he directed the profitable expansion of different specialty staffing divisions.
