RACER Trust Selects ENFOS Environmental Business Management Solution
RACER Trust will deploy ENFOS software to manage their environmental liability management program.
San Mateo, CA, September 19, 2011 --(PR.com)-- ENFOS, Inc. today announced that RACER Trust will implement the ENFOS Environmental Business Management Solution. RACER Trust will deploy ENFOS software to manage the financial aspects of their environmental liability management program including lifecycle planning, budgeting, vendor proposals, work orders, and expenditures.
ENFOS will be integrated with RACER Trust’s Sage MAS 200 enterprise system in order to facilitate cost capture and the reserve management process.
ENFOS CEO Craig Modesitt adds, “In order for RACER to be successful, they recognize the need to function at an optimal level and do so from the very start. ENFOS provides the essential means to perform at the level required by this unique circumstance.”
Scott Hamilton, RACER’s chief financial officer, said, “We’re pleased to be working with ENFOS to ensure the efficient and effective management of our financial and environmental information. The addition of ENFOS will streamline RACER’s business processes, provide important budgeting and planning tools and strengthen our overall internal control environment.”
“The RACER Trust is one of the largest holders of industrial property in the United States, and ENFOS will help us manage information to best serve the interests of all RACER stakeholders. This will allow us to focus on our larger clean up and redevelopment goals,” said Bruce Rasher, RACER’s redevelopment manager. “We look forward to the benefits their software will provide.”
