PlanPlus Introducing 24x7 Help Desk for Users Globally

PlanPlus Inc, a Canadian firm and global leader in financial planning software, will be introducing 24x7 English language help desk support for customers commencing in October. Support in French, Chinese and some additional European languages will remain linked to specific time zones.

San Diego, CA, September 19, 2011 --(PR.com)-- “PlanPlus Planit now handles financial planning in over 50 countries and we have continued to grow our user base in Canada and abroad,” said Shawn Brayman, President of PlanPlus. “A combination of new technology capabilities, opening a new office in Budapest, Hungary, and expansion of our presence in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia will allow us to provide much higher levels of service to users worldwide.”

PlanPlus’ new Budapest office opens today and will be managed by Zoltan Luttenberger PhD, Registered Financial Planner of HungaryTM who is one of the founders of Financial Planning in Hungary. Additional support staff with financial services background are being hired and trained at this time.

The increasing demand for the software makes a European office for software support, training, and workshops crucial.”

PlanPlus is also expanding their presence in Kuala Lumpur with a new office and additional support staff.

“The new office will open on October 17,” said Tang Wee Hen, VP South East Asia for PlanPlus. “More and more Asian and Middle Eastern advisors are using the software, so it is extremely important that we are able to provide support, testing and training services for these customers. As well, we will be able to provide some levels of off-hours support for the many PlanPlus users in North America.”

PlanPlus has introduced a new virtual help desk chat facility which is being released to customers starting this week. Support staff in Canada, Shenzhen China, Kuala Lumpur and now Budapest will allow any PlanPlus Planit users to have access to a knowledgeable support resource at any time.
