Axium Foods Rolls Out New Flavors for Pajeda’s and Fiesta Crunch Snacks
Axium Foods is broadening both of their branded snack lines with new flavors.
South Beloit, IL, September 18, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Onion ring snacks and Mole’ flavored tortilla chips are just two of a number of new snacks being introduced in the coming months at Axium Foods.
Making their debut this month, Pajeda’s Onion Rings joins 9 already successful snacks in the popular $1 Pajeda’s snack line. Axium Foods conducted preliminary taste-tests on the onion rings with volunteers gathered from their Pajeda’s Facebook page and according to Lesley Zant, Axium Foods’ Marketing Specialist; the new snack was very well received. “Of course we expected a lot of people to love the onion rings but even we were surprised by the overwhelmingly positive response.”
Fiesta Crunch Mole’ Flavored Tortilla Chips are expected to hit shelves in October and for a snack line that’s built its reputation on unique and unusual flavors, this newest addition is no exception. The flavor profile, based on a complex sauce typically made with chilies, chocolate and spices, is expected to do well within a line that already includes such flavors as Bacon and Blue Cheese Tortilla Chips and Chili Con Carne Potato Poppers.
Also scheduled to join the Fiesta Crunch snack family in October are Nacho and Ranch Flavored Tortilla Chips. Cindy Kuester, Vice President of Sales at Axium Foods, says she expects these two flavors will help broaden the audience of their Fiesta Crunch snacks. “We want Fiesta Crunch to have a wide variety of flavors that appeal to different people. The whole premise behind Fiesta Crunch is that our snacks deliver beyond the expected.”
