“Live” Data Expected to Impact the Comic Book Industry

Nashville, TN, April 12, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Comic Collector Live, the revolutionary comic book website and software developed by MidTen Media, Inc., is preparing to supercharge the comic book business with its soon to be launched Live Market. But the creator of the system, Joe Butler, wants every comic book enthusiast to have access to real live data.

So the company is offering several ways for comic book websites to “liven” up their pages starting with the most sought after comic book issues!

“We are offering the Top 10 Most Wanted list live to any comic book website,” says Butler. As comic book readers build a wish list and search for popular issues the list changes. As of this morning the top issue was Amazing Spiderman #1, and the number one title was Captain America (who vaulted to the top of the list with his demise just weeks ago).

Very soon CCL will be offering a variety of LIVE content including its entire comic book database which contains hundreds of thousands of issues including covers and information such as author, inker, event, variants and more.

Currently the database is available to online users, but Butler’s vision is to offer the information to the entire comic book niche.
