Ms. Lovelace has had several years of experience in the food industry. She is currently serving as the Pastry Chef at Trattoria Lisina, an informal, family-owned restaurant. They offer a widely varied menu of authentic country-style Italian food including appetizers and salads, pasta dishes, pizza, main dishes, side dishes and desserts. Ms. Lovelace oversees the desserts and is responsible for preparing a variety of pastries on a daily basis, specializing in desserts made with Gelato, an Italian ice cream which is denser and creamier than regular ice cream. Ms. Lovelace received a B.F.A. from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2006. She lives in Austin, Texas where she enjoys jewelry making.
